Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order! If something’s not right, just let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make it right.
• Returns: We’re happy to take back unopened and unused items. Just cover return shipping and send it back our way.
• Refunds: Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges: Need a different item? Reach out and we’ll try to help.
• Non-returnable items: Since we sell fresh, perishable goods (like coffee), we can’t accept returns on those—unless they arrive damaged, there’s a problem with it, or we sent the wrong thing.
