Fulfillment Policy
We do our best to process and ship orders promptly so you get your items as quickly and reliably as possible. Here’s how fulfillment works:
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
• We ship via USPS and UPS to addresses within the U.S..
• Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Delays & Issues
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup
• Orders will be ready for pickup at our downtown cafe on 119 4th St NE within 1-3 business days. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
